Once you have visited our campus and have decided to apply your child(ren), please click here to set up a parent account. As you complete the form, the items below will be required to submit your application:

Basic demographic information
Copy of your child(ren)'s birth certificate
The name and email address for a teacher reference (PK4-3rd grade)
The name and email address for 2 teacher references (4 - 8th grade).
Non-refundable $125 application fee
